Listen, Learn and Grow
I had a work related trip to Brunei last year. It was for a on boarding course for shell new graduate hire.
The course was alright but one thing that make sense to me on Shell Life is the fact that we should listen more and do not interupt people. I never realized that being opinionated and open minded can make you be so annoying because you always want to share your idea. Eventhough you feel that you are having a conversation with a person, you sometimes realize that you are cutting someone from giving out his point when you start questioning him to fill your curiousity.
So next time, just keep quiet and listen. Let the other person finish his/her sentence before you start yours. =)
